The 3rd Canton Fair - The Canton Fair was founded in the spring of 1957 and is held in Guangzhou every spring and fall. It is a comprehensive international trade event with the longest history, the highest level, the largest scale, the most complete variety of commodities, the largest number of merchants and the best trading effect in China. It is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the People's Government of Guangdong Province, the China Foreign Trade Center, the Chamber of Commerce of Importers and Exporters (Association) and trade delegations. Canton Fair consists of 48 trade delegations, tens of thousands of reputable, strong foreign trade companies, production enterprises, research institutes, foreign-invested / wholly-owned enterprises, private enterprises exhibitors. Canton Fair trade mode is flexible and diversified, mainly export trade, but also do import business, but also can carry out various forms of economic and technical cooperation and exchanges. The last Canton Fair exhibition area of 850,000 square meters, 42,659 exhibitors, the number of exhibitors reached 692,013 people (19,203 foreign buyers); and to carry out commodity inspection, insurance, transportation, advertising, consulting and other business activities.
